After an education in fashion marketing at the prestigious ESMOD school in Paris, the young lady launches her first line of swimsuits in 2006 while pursuing a fruitful business career that would lead her from G-STAR and Hugo Boss in Spain to the showrooms of such brands as Saint Laurent Paris, Céline, Chloé or even Paul Smith. Beliza, a distant sounding name that evokes the taste for adventure and the discovery of the designer. It relates precisely to Belize, a true love at first sight. From Corsica or the Sinai, she feeds off inspirations drawn from the four corners of the world. It’s actually on a beach in the Red Sea that she decides to put her project in place and offer chic, sexy and comfortable swimsuits.
Genuinely passionate about sports in general and particularly about underwater diving, Lisa gets inspiration from the aquatic world to propose collections in ocean colors and underwater backgrounds.Available in solid hues embellished with precious details (like Swarovski rhinestones) or graphic and exotic prints, the models drawn by Lisa stand out for their cut, meticulously studied to combine style and comfort, but also for their flowing and soft materials. Particular attention is paid to the quality and the finishing in each step, from the production by the most experienced manufacturers to the selection of jewelry-like details adorning the swimsuits with golden laces.
For the Summer 2017, we rediscover some of the signature styles of the brand in a series in precious materials, some macramé in the spirit of chain mail. Stripes too, not forgetting lizard-style prints and always some details in gold as a main theme. Lined for a second skin effect and adaptable to all body types, Lisa’s swimsuits will be available online as well as at select retailers in Europe and in the Middle East. A well-deserved success story for a designer we will definitely hear more about in the future.
